Citations and Self Citations of Indian Authors in Toxicology Journals during 2004-2014
Abstract
Indian Citation Index database is a powerful tool to search, track, and measure and collaborate in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities. This article is discussed the published research articles, citations and self-citations in the Toxicology journals which are available in Indian Citation Index. There are 1363 articles published from 5 Toxicology journals. Among the 5, Indian Journal of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology journal occupies first position with 556 (40.79%) articles and Advances in Pharmacology & Toxicology occupies second rank with 293 (21.50%) articles and International Journal of Medical Toxicology & Legal Medicine is in third 224 (16.43%).
