Education and its Motivational Factors
Abstract
This issue offers research and ideas for further exploration on the contemporary topics of interest not only to the serious reader but also to society at large. Job satisfaction is the one ingredient that the army of the teaching fraternity is deprived of. This paper takes into cognizance that motivation is the key factor in developing a bridge between the management, the teacher and the taught. The efficacy of qualitative work and optimal output is directly proportional to motivation for which proper policies need to be put into place.
